Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when you buy access to Linea Chess.

1. Subscription access. A paid subscription gives you access to the Linea Chess desktop app and paid features for the subscription plan you choose. Access requires activation with the email address used at checkout.
2. Fair play. Do not use Linea Chess during competitive chess games where outside assistance is prohibited, including (but not limited to) tournaments, prize events, or qualification events.
3. Personal use. Your subscription is for you. Do not share activation codes, license credentials, or paid access with other people.
4. Payments and cancellation. Payments are handled by lava.top. Subscriptions can be cancelled through them. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not refund time already purchased.
5. Refunds. Refunds are generally not provided after access has been activated, except where required by law. If there is a verified technical issue preventing access, a billing error, or another exceptional case, contact us and we will review it.
6. Legal rights. If consumer protection laws in your country give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply. By purchasing and activating Linea Chess, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that, where applicable, your withdrawal right may be lost once access begins.
7. Abuse and access protection. We may suspend or revoke access if a subscription is unpaid, refunded, shared, abused, or used in a way that attempts to bypass licensing or harm the service.
